SUMGrade 2 maths worksheets
Grade 2 brings two digit numbers, which means place value: knowing that the 4 in 43 is four tens. Adding and subtracting across a ten, the first times tables and counting money all lean on it.
In Australia this stage is usually called Year 2. Curricula differ between countries and states, so treat the topics below as typical rather than official.

Borrowing and carrying are where most grade 2 mistakes live. Splitting a number into tens and ones out loud usually clears them up.
